aptLearn is an online learning community where anyone can discover, take, or even teach a class in technology.
We started aptLearn to close the professional skills gap and provide universal access to in-demand tech learning. By teaching the skills needed in tomorrow’s world, aptLearn empowers people to advance their careers, improve their lives, and pursue the work they love.
Students are able to engage with teachers and other students through online-based classes. We believe that virtual learning is one of the easiest ways to expand knowledge At the end of a course, not only have you learned something new, but you have an awesome certificate to show for it.
aptLearn classes are perfect for anyone who wants to learn new topics in tech or improve experience. Classes range from beginner to expert, with opportunities for novices to follow their dreams and experts to hone their knowledge.
You must be over the age of 18. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, a third party or legal guardian must agree to the Terms of Use and all other of our policies as shall be posted on our services from time to time and will assume responsibility and liability for your performance and compliance hereunder.
While aptLearn is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by real-world experts in their field. Every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment.
Each course is created, owned and managed by the instructor(s). The foundation of each course are its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.
aptLearn courses are entirely on-demand. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it. The courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile phone.
You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your Enrolled Courses page.
As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and aptLearn continues to have a license to the course.

aptLearn supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location.

Get started for free – all you’ll need is an email address. Join aptLearn for full access to lots of classes. To learn more about membership pricing in your region, create an account. If you’re an existing member and logged into your account, visit your Payments page to see your current pricing.
Every individual course subscription will give you a lifetime access.
Yes, you can buy a lifetime access to a single course, please refer to the following instructions:
- Go to aptLearn.io
- Navigate to the desired course
- Click on the option “Get this course for just £X”
We support all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal for easy and fast payment.
We do not support installment payment at the moment. Enrolling in a paid course grants you a lifetime access.
aptLearn takes payment data very seriously.
Courses are billed in advance. The student agrees that once an order has been placed and paid for, there will be no full nor partial refund made available to the user. In the event that aptLearn suspends or terminates your use of the Service or these Terms and Conditions or you close your account voluntarily, you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, any Content or data associated with your use of the Service, or for anything else.

INSTRUCTORS

aptLearn makes all instructor payments in NGN regardless of the currency with which the sale was made. You are paid on a monthly basis (more details on our payment schedule for instructors can be read here). aptLearn is not responsible for your foreign currency conversion fees, wiring fees, or any other processing fees that you may incur. Read our Instructor Terms for more on payment modalities.
You are free to choose the topic you wish to teach on aptLearn provided that it is listed under our preferred courses.

A Complete Guide to Creating A Course on aptLearn includes extensive resources on how you can create a course and get started, outlining best practices to plan, produce, and publish a well-designed, high quality course.
No approval is needed to get started. Before an instructor can publish a course on the website, however, they need to complete the instructor identity verification process.
In order to create paid courses, instructors will need to set up a payment method for their account (see “How will I get Paid” below).
There is no fee to be an instructor with aptLearn. Instructors are paid according to a revenue share model.

Yes. Courses must have at least 30 minutes of video content and at least 5 lectures or learning modules.
In order to ensure that students have great learning experiences, we also have a Quality Review Process that every course goes through.
